Nathan “Nate” Allen is an associate attorney at The Brasher Law Firm, where he represents clients in both bad faith insurance and personal injury matters. A graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, Nate began working with the firm while still in law school and now focuses his practice on helping individuals and families who have been wronged by powerful insurance companies or harmed due to others’ negligence. He understands the stakes his clients face and approaches every case with preparation, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Nate was born in Huntsville, Utah, but got to Texas as fast as he could—thanks to his wife, Lauren, a true Texas native who introduced him to crawfish boils, frog hunting, and the Southeast Texas way of life. Together, they’ve called Vidor home for over a decade and are the proud parents of three wonderful kids: Lexa, Nathan Jr., and Lucy.

Nate previously served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he developed a lifelong love for helping others—a passion that continues to guide his work as an advocate for his clients. When he’s not practicing law, you’ll likely find Nate playing with his kids, crabbing with Lauren, paddleboarding, going for a run, or simply enjoying quality time with his family.
