Brasher Law Firm Earns Selection to 2024 Best Law Firms List

Beaumont, Texas firm recognized for stellar work in insurance law and litigation
BEAUMONT, Texas – The Brasher Law Firm has earned another major professional accolade, securing a placement on the 2024 Best Law Firms list from The Best Lawyers in America. The Beaumont-based firm, which specializes in personal injury and bad faith insurance cases, was recognized for excellence in insurance law and litigation (insurance category).
“This is the best of both worlds when it comes to recognition for the work that we do,” said Brasher Law Firm founding partner Clint Brasher. “We have always prided ourselves on being top litigators, especially in the area of insurance law. We are glad to see that our colleagues from around the state have also recognized this by recommending us for this accolade.”
Being selected to the Best Law Firms list is no easy feat. At least one lawyer at a firm must have been named to the most recent Best Lawyers in America list for the firm to be considered for Best Law Firms, and only about 5% of practicing attorneys in the country are chosen each year. The Brasher Law Firm had two attorneys earn a spot on the 2024 list, Clint Brasher and firm partner Joe Muckleroy.
“We have really been on a roll this year when it comes to honors and awards from the top legal guides,” said Mr. Muckleroy. “That doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a testament to the dedication and the hours our team puts into their work, day in and day out.”
Among the firm’s various honors this year: Mr. Brasher, Mr. Muckleroy and firm partner Nishi Kothari were each recognized by both Texas Super Lawyers and Lawdragon, Mr. Brasher was elected a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, Ms. Kothari was chosen for the Lawyers of Color Hot List for 2023, and one of the firm’s court victories, Cheryl Huelsman v. Brookshire Brothers, Inc., was selected to the Texas Lawyer “Top Verdicts and Settlements” list.
