Brasher Law Firm Places Three on Lawdragon Plaintiff Financial Lawyers Guide

All three Brasher Law Firm, PLLC, attorneys, who rank among the nation’s best in helping clients deal with bad faith insurance cases, have been named to the 2026 edition of the Lawdragon Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers guide.
All three were commended for representing clients in bad faith insurance cases. Mr. Brasher and Ms. Kothari also were listed for commercial litigation and Mr. Muckleroy for consumer protection law.
“Our clients face a double whammy – insurance-related damages followed by the struggle to obtain a just settlement of their claims,” Mr. Brasher said. “We have a good track record of success on their behalf, and we are pleased to be recognized for our efforts.”
“Our office has the specialized knowledge to deal with these complicated, sometimes highly emotional matters,” added Ms. Kothari. “Recognition by our peers is appreciated, but our clients’ appreciation is what makes the job worthwhile.”
Mr. Brasher and Ms. Kothari are both board certified in insurance law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Brasher also has been honored by Texas Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, a group of attorneys who have earned multiple million-dollar awards for clients.
Ms. Kothari, who is president of the South Asian Bar Association of North America, has also earned placements on Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers and multiple Lawdragon lists. Mr. Muckleroy has been previously honored by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. Both, along with Mr. Brasher, were named last month as repeat honorees to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list.
