Clint Brasher and Joseph Muckleroy recognized for excellence
BEAUMONT, Texas – Brasher Law Firm founding partner Clint Brasher and Brasher Law Firm partner Joseph Muckleroy have been named to the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
This is the third consecutive year Mr. Brasher has been selected for the prestigious legal guide and the first year that Mr. Muckleroy earned a spot on the list.
Both attorneys were chosen for excellence in representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Mr. Brasher was also recognized for excellence in insurance law and insurance litigation.

Firm partner Nishi Kothari was also named to “Lawdragon X,” a list of the country’s top 500 young lawyers in America, and the “Lawyers of Color Hot List” for 2023.
In addition to Best Lawyers, Mr. Brasher has also been named as a Texas Super Lawyer each year since 2018. He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell – that group’s highest rating – each year for the past decade, and he is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his success in securing considerable amounts of compensation for his clients.
