Two Brasher Law Firm Attorneys Named to Texas Super Lawyers List

Clint Brasher and Nishi Kothari recognized for excellence in insurance law
BEAUMONT, Texas – The Brasher Law Firm, PLLC is pleased to announce that the firm’s founder, Clint Brasher, and firm partner Nishi Kothari have been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers list for 2022. Being included in this respected legal guide is an honor reserved only for the top attorneys in the state. Less than 5 percent of the practicing attorneys in Texas make the list each year.

The two veteran attorneys were chosen for the list for their expertise in insurance law, specializing in bad-faith insurance, and personal injury litigation. This is Mr. Brasher’s fifth straight year to receive this honor, and a first for Ms. Kothari, who made the Super Lawyers list of Texas Rising Stars for the past seven years. That list includes the leading attorneys in the state who are either 40 years old or younger or those who have been in practice for 10 years or less.

Mr. Brasher was also recently named to The Best Lawyers in America, another highly respected legal guide, for the second year in a row, as well as the 2022 Lawdragon list of 500 leading plaintiff consumer lawyers.
Ms. Kothari is the current VP of Advocacy for the South Asian Bar Association of North America and past President of the South Asian Bar Association chapter of Houston, and is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Jefferson County Bar Association, and the Louisiana State Bar Association.
